About Pacific Pedestal Manufacturing Company: Pacific Pedestals have served the needs of our customers since 1974. Originally specializing in the design and manufacture of custom cabinetry and fine furniture, we have skillfully produced a decorative and functional line of high quality, low cost pedestals and display fixtures, suitable for both residential and commercial application, to quietly enhance any decor.
Our custom designed pedestals and fixtures are made to your individual specifications, using only the finest materials. We have created time honored designs for major galleries, sculptors, museums, corporations, universities, collectors, and satisfied customers worldwide.

ORDERING
1. To minimize errors, please e-mail or fax orders.
2. We will confirm your order within 2 business days.
3. Please read confirmation and notify us within 24 hours of any changes.
4. Custom orders may not be cancelled after confirmation is received.

5. Allow 4-6 weeks for custom items. We will ship sooner whenever possible.
6. For RUSH orders, add 25%.
7. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.
8. Prices are subject to change without notice.
9. We do not lease or offer pedestals on approval.
SHIPPING
1. We ship most items ground service unless otherwise specified. All items are
carefully inspected prior to leaving factory.
2. Pedestals that exceed carrier weight and/or dimension restrictions, are
shipped
economy service via common carrier.
3. Prices do not include taxes, insurance or shipping and handling charges.
4. Shipping costs will vary depending upon weight and dimensions of item
and destination.
5, All items are shipped insured, F.O.B. Meridian, Idaho.
6. Shipping and handling charges will be clearly shown on your order
confirmation.
7. All items should be thoroughly inspected upon receipt, and any damage
reported
immediately to us and we will file a claim with the carrier. Please retain all
packing materials for inspection. We cannot accept returns unless packaged in
original cartons.
8. Returns will not be accepted without authorization.
9. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on all returned stock items.
